Comprehensive residential upgrade programs from the State of California will increase the energy efficiency of your home, whether you're a homeowner or renter. Programs are currently offering up to $4,000 in rebates depending on the energy savings of the project. 

The Yolo Energy Watch (YEW) program helps Yolo County residents, businesses, nonprofits, and local governments implement energy savings measures, leading to reduced energy usage, lower utility bills, and fewer greenhouse gas emissions.
