The core incentive program is called "Energy Fitness," which is a no-cost/low-cost installation of energy efficient lighting and other measures. You start saving money on your energy bill immediately. How is Energy Fitness offered free?

Here's how the Energy Fitness program works:

1. You contact us to schedule an appointment. 

2. A technician visits your business to conduct a free, no-obligation energy assessment to determine your potential savings.

3. An installation team makes an appointment to install the energy efficient measures that make sense for your business.

Free Energy Fitness measures include: Fluorescent lighting T8 and T5 lighting  Fluorescent hardwired fixtures Compact fluorescent bulbs (CFLs) LED exit signs Vending machine controllers Window film HVAC condenser coil cleaning Faucet aerators Low flow shower heads

Measures with a small co-pay include: 4-foot (2-lamp) T12 conversion to 4-foot (2-lamp) T8 ($11) High bay fixture replacement ($50)
